CCSU Exam 2021 Update
Colleges affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University will have annual main examinations from July 2 and final semester examinations from July 8. Students in the first year of graduation regular-private and PG private will be promoted to the next class without paper. All the examinations will be of one and a half hours in four shifts from 7.30 am to nine, 10 to 11.30, 12.30 to two and 3.30 to five.
The final year papers in the annual examination will be on objective pattern only, whereas the second year undergraduate papers will be detailed answer papers. The exam pattern in the last semester will also remain the same as before. Previously published question papers will be used in the examination. However, the number of questions the students will have to answer will be decided by the Dean’s Committee. How many students will have to give CCSU Exam 2021
With this decision of the university, 1.5 lakh students will get promotion in the second year and next semester, while 2.5 lakh students will have to appear in the examinations. In UG Regular-Private and PG Private first year everyone will get promotion without exam.
CCSU exam 2021 & promotion formula
According to the university, all the students who got promotion in the first year last year and are in the second year at present will have to give this year’s paper. The final year examinations will be of all subjects. The final semester examinations will be held in the UG-PG semester system.
In the UG-PG semester system, there will be final semester examinations, but in the rest of the semester, students who have appeared for odd semester papers in December will be awarded even semester marks on the basis of odd semester numbers. The university will not conduct any even semester examination except the last semester. In the semester system, there will be sixth semester papers in three-year undergraduate course, eighth in four-year course and tenth semester in five-year course.
In the annual professional course also, students who have got promotion in the first year will have to appear in the second year papers. There will be most papers of the final year. There will be 4th semester papers in PG.
First year students promoted in CCSU Exam 2021
The marks of the second semester are to be given on the basis of first semester only. In such a situation, the question will arise in the mind of the students of LLB and LLM first semester that how they will be promoted. According to the university, in the semester, the students whose first semester paper could not be done in December, their examination will be held. Such students will have to appear only for the first semester papers.
The marks obtained in this will also get promotion in the second semester and will reach in the third semester. Due to late admission in LLB-LLM, the first semester papers could not be done. In the rest of the courses also, if the first semester examinations could not be held, then they will also have to give these papers.
Ex and back students of final year can give exam in CCS University 2021
According to the registrar Dhirendra Kumar, in the proposed examination in July, only the final year or final semester X or back students will have papers only. Students who have filled X or Back form of other year or semester, their paper will not be there yet. The same situation will be applicable in the annual examination also. In July, only the final year X-back papers will be held. The X or Back students of the rest of the year or semester will have a special exam in October.
Students who are dissatisfied with the July results will also be able to appear in this examination, but the condition will be that the numbers which appear in the particular examination will be valid.
CCSU Medical examinations also in July 2021
The pending examinations in MBBS, MD, MS courses in the university will also be held in July. The university had earlier started these examinations, but had to be postponed due to infection. The university will now conduct their papers in July. Preparations are being made to conduct the paper from July 10.
Chance to those who do not give paper from Corona
Students who are unable to appear in the proposed examination in July due to Corona, will be given an additional chance. Such students will be able to give the paper later but this exemption will be available only in the event of corona infection.
Not practical this year, Viva Online in CCSU
There will be no practicals this year in UG-PG course. On the basis of theory, students will get practical marks. However, students will have to give Viva online. There is a system of Viva in some courses of PG Private and UG. According to the university, the viva will be conducted online only.
Practical marks only online from the new session
The university has banned the submission of practical marks in the copy of the card in the campus. According to Registrar Dhirendra Kumar, from the session 2021, the colleges will have to send the practical marks of all the subjects online only on the portal. Offline marks of colleges will not be accepted. This system has been completely stopped. Only online marks will be considered.
