DRDO DRDL Recruitment 2021
Defense Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL), Hyderabad, Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has released the notification for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Interested and eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed format by visiting the official website of DADO at drdo.gov.in.

Vacancy Details (DRDO Vacancy 2021)
A total of 02 posts are vacant for JRF-1 (Mechanical Engineering) and 02 for JRF (Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering). The total number of JRF vacancies for DRDO DRDL is 10.
Who can apply for DRDO JRF 2021?
- JRF-01 (Mechanical Engineering): B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering from a University recognized by UGC with first class GATE valid score.
- JRF-02 (Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering): First Class B.Tech/B.E in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering from a UGC recognized University with GATE Valid Scored.
How to apply for DRDO DRDL 2021?
- Visit the official website of DRDO at drdo.gov.in.
- On the homepage click on “What’s All New” and click on Junior Research Fellowship in DRDL, Hyderabad link.
- The application form with the notification link will open on the screen.
- Download it and take a print out and fill it.
- Self attested the filled application form with required details along with required documents and fill the application form
- send to the address “The Director, DRDL, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Missile Complex, Kanchanbagh PO, Hyderabad – 500058”
- Candidates need to write “APPLICATION FOR JRF RECRUITMENT” in bold letters.
Age Range
Age limit should not more than 28 years. Whereas relaxation of 05 years for SC, ST category candidates and 03 years for OBC category candidates.
Selection Process for DRDO DRDL JRF Vacancy 2021?
Qualified candidates will be first shortlisted on the basis of GATE score and marks obtained in degree. Thereafter, they will be called for Personal Interview, which can at DRDL, Hyderabad Office or through Video Conferencing. The date and time of interview will be intimated through speed post or registered e-mail id.
Salary and Allowances
Selected candidates will be given Rs 31,000 and HRA as per DRDO rules.
Apart from this, the benefit of medical facilities will alse available. At present, it is valid for two years only and it can be extended for another two years as per the recommendations of the Internal Screening Committee.
