DU asks colleges for students list who lost their parents from Covid-19 for waive fee

DU has intensified action to help students who lost their parents from Covid-19. Under this, DU has sought a list of such students from all affiliated colleges to identify such students. DU will waive the fees of students who lost their parents to Corona

In this regard, the Dean of College has written a letter to all the affiliated colleges to give a list of such students at the earliest, so that further action can be taken soon.

DU will waive the fees of students who lost their parents to Corona. In this regard, on Friday, Acting Vice-Chancellor Prof. PC Joshi announced. According to the information received from DU, the full fees of such students will be waived off.

As long as the students who lost their parents from Corona are registered in DU, they will not be charged any kind of educational fees. DU has expedited the proceedings for this. In this regard, colleges have been asked to identify such students.

Along with this, DU is also working on a plan to settle the pending cases of teachers and personnel who lost their lives from Corona at the earliest. So that their families do not have to face any kind. Actually, in the second wave of Corona, more than 50 teachers have died in DU.
