Due to the Cavid 19 epidemic, many youths have lost their jobs, while many youths have been left out of work when production is reduced or stopped. Tata Steel Foundation has come forward to help such youth. The restoration process has been initiated towards the foundation under which 200 youths will be reinstated.
As part of the reinstatement process, candidates are required to have an inter or graduate pass for the post of field health worker. This restoration will be done for three districts of Kolhan – East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum and Seraikela Kharsawan.
Priority will be given to the youth who are local and have knowledge of the local language according to the terms of the restoration. Apart from this, candidates are required to have their own motorcycle or two-wheelers and driving license so that they can visit the rural areas.
Those who have knowledge about maternity, children, adult health and food or those who have taken a nursing course will also be given priority.
Eligible candidates for restoration can send their resume to ciimccshipra@gmail.com or get detailed information by contacting 9065733224. Selected candidates will also get 20 to 25 thousand rupees salary, PF, ESIC including travel allowance.
At the time of Kovid 19, the Tata Steel Foundation is also doing a variety of social work. Presently the Foundation is campaigning for vaccines in all the Panchayats of Kolhan so that more and more people can take the vaccine.
Most people in rural areas do not have a smartphone or are not digitally capable enough to book a vaccine slot for themselves. In such a situation, the volunteers of the foundation go from village to village and register for the vaccination of the rural masses through their mobile or tab. So far, more than 60 thousand villagers have been vaccinated with the help of the Foundation.
