Delhi University will not open from 7 January. Recently, a fake circular was going viral on social media, denying that Delhi University has said that no press release has been issued in this regard. According to DU, every information regarding the opening of the university will be given on the official website according to the information released by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The university opened hostels in August for Ph.D students, but it was only for students who needed lab facilities. Students who were coming to hostels had to remain quarantined by themselves for 14 days, after which investigation was done at WUS Health Care Center.
