CBSE 12th Board Exam 2021 Latest Update: Finally the final decision has been taken on CBSE 12th Board Exam 2021. After the meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi this evening, the Central Government and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) have decided to cancel the Class 12 board exams.

Students and parents have been demanding this for a long time. Some state governments, including Delhi, also demanded cancellation of the 12th board exam.

It is worth noting that the matter was also being heard in the Supreme Court. The court had told the Center that if you decide not to cancel the exam like last year, then you will give a proper reason for it. After the meeting today, PM Modi said that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the interest of the students.

On the decision to cancel the CBSE 12th examination, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the health and safety of the students is the first priority, which cannot be compromised. The tension that has arisen among students, parents and teachers regarding the exam should be ended. All the stakeholders should show sensitivity in this matter.

The PM said that the situation of covid is unstable. In some states of the country, where the rate of infection is decreasing by creating micro-containment zones, in some places there is still a lockdown. In such a situation, parents, teachers and students themselves are also worried about their health. In such a tense atmosphere, students should not be pressurized to appear in the board exams.

How to get result of 12 CBSE board?

After the cancellation of CBSE class 12 exam, now the important question is that on what basis students will get marks and how will the result be made?

The Center and CBSE have said that marking will be done under proper criterion as per the time and the result will be ready. At the same time, students will also be given the option to take the exam like last time. Students who are not satisfied with their marks will be able to opt for the exam later.
