DU admission 2020: Some course seats almost full despite high first cut-off list

The university has received more than 3.54 lakh applications for around 70,000 graduate seats. Wednesday is the last day of admission.

Delhi University has released its first cut-off list for admission to undergraduate courses. This year, the entry process will be completely online due to Corona virus epidemic. Students are able to fill the application for admission from 10 October onwards. The entire process is happening online.

According to the report of Indian, many top colleges reported on the second day of admission on Tuesday that they are close to filling seats in some courses, especially in reserved categories. However, seats in most courses and colleges are still far from being filled.

Website slows down on first cut off list of admission in Delhi University

The online admission process for undergraduate courses at Delhi University was affected on Tuesday. Because the website related to the application for admission was running at a slow pace. The principal of a college of the university gave this information.

1,628 applications accepted on first day in first Cut off list 2020 of DU

Amidst the corona virus epidemic, the first admission process at the university is completely online. It started on Monday and 19,000 applications were received on the first day. Out of the applications received on Monday, only 1,628 applications could be approved.

Admission Portal speed slowed in first few hours in DU

The Principal of Ramjas College Manoj Khanna said that the speed of the University admission portal was slow in the first few hours and the situation was normal only after 2 pm. By two o’clock, he was able to forward only 60 applications because the process was taking time for about 30 minutes.
